
Chris Nikic, a 21-year-old man from Florida, made history on November 7th, 2020 by becoming the first person with Down Syndrome to complete an Ironman triathlon. The Ironman triathlon consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon, all completed in one day.
